I am using 360 PatientTouch on an iOS device and PCP can’t listen my voice during the call If you come across such a case: Open the Settings app from your Home screen. Scroll down the screen and tap the 360 PatientTouch app. Ensure Microphone is enabled. If its not, enable it and retry calling the PCP again.
